I used to have an online strategy quite sporadic for my hotel website, as I do not know how to determine what visitors are the result of my online campaigns. Most bookings are still made by phone.

Offline to online traffic can be assessed by allocating a dedicated phone number per campaign. The same goes for email. So you can determine the source from which your guests come, even if they act offline after they seek information online. As for online bookings on the hotel’s website, you can quite accurately track the source. A summary report would help you to know if some online campaigns perform and what would be the best conversion sources.
